PERMANENT AND OPENED STEEL GRATING KST and KSR, P.M.I. Certificate
no. P41/71/2003 class "3" ENV 1627, according to requirements of NATO
and Polish National Bank.
The steel grating is built from steel bars St3S O20 spread max 150 mm from each other and flat steel St3S 8x45 spread max 400 mm from each other, welded in the angle bars frame St3S 50x60x3 or channel bars frame St3S 50x70x3 in permanent gratings KST or in angle bars frame St3S 30x45x4 in opened gratings.
The grating leaf is hung on three steel welded ball bearing hinges,
in the door frame made from shaped metal sections 3mm thick.
KSR grating is equipped with an expanding lock type SAB 1561,
class C in accordance with
PN- 91/B-94400.
KST and KSR grating is additionally protected by a steel net made from wire 2mm thick, with small mesh 10x10mm, in order to prevent transfering documents through the closed grating.
KST and KSR gratings can be produced as window or door gratings
in single and double leaf version, in various sizes.
Each grating is corrosion protected by zinc powder, powder painted in different colours.
