PN-90-90/B-92270 and
PN-B/96-02871, have
the Certificate of Precise Mechanics Institute no. P41/05/2002 (723). Fire research was carried by the RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PLANT of the Shipbuilding Technology Centre in Gdańsk.
Door of DC3PP60 type maintain their flame resistancy and thermal
insulation properties for 69 minutes and received, according with:
standard PN-90/B-02851, fire resistancy class F 0,5
standard PN-EN-13501-2, fire resistancy class EI60
The door is made of a steel framework built from angular and channel shapes, with non-flamable acoustic and thermal insulator between them. All is covered on both sides with non-flamable plate and metal sheets 1,5 mm thick. Each door is equipped with three steel ball bearing hinges and three prising-proof blocades. The door is produced in set with full door frame with fireproof plate inside it. After the fitting, door frame must be filled with concrete. The door is produced as single leaf door, opened to the outside and to the inside of the room. The door can be in different dimensions.
DC3PP door can be produced in three different kinds of finish:

wood look-alike laminating

The DC3PP door is equipped with an expanding lock and two auxiliary handle locks, controlled by the handle of the main lock. There is also a self-shutter and an expanding gasket (increasing its volume under the influence of temperature) plus a rubber gasket. As additional locks we recommend mortise locks from our offer.
